    Ribot

"A great classic. Located next to the San Siro racetrack in a green and peaceful area, the restaurant is located in a stunning late '800 property with one of the best outdoor gardens in Milan, which makes it a favorite destination for summertime dinner meetings. Ribot takes its name from the famous racehorse Ribot, the interiors are filled with horse pictures and relics of all kinds.
Specialized in grilled meats and in Tuscan gastronomy, they serve one of the best fiorentinas in town.

    La Colombe D'Or

"This little gem is hidden in the hills between Nice and the Alpes Maritimes. The moment you arrive in Saint Paul and leave your car you know you've reached a magical place.
Surrounded by nature, colors and perfumes, this hotel is filled with art casually placed all over the venue. You will stumble across countless masterpieces from the Calder mobile over the pool to Picasso.
Every aspect of this hotel makes you feel the charm of living in another era, whether you are enjoying a meal in the lovely terrace of the restaurant or taking in it's beautiful decor, all is masterfully done with taste."

    Apotheke

"Tucked away in a dodgy alley in Chinatown is this amazing speakeasy that has been New York's best kept secret.
From the outside, it looks like a closed down building. But as soon as the doors open the sound of jazz fills the room and you are taken away by this places energy.
Apotheke, meaning pharmacy in German, a concept embodied by the bartenders who lend their cocktail expertise while dressed as pharmacists to create the perfect remedy such as pain-killers and stimulants for the evening.
I tried a dozen of them (not all in one night) each one was very special and meticulously made. When in doubt about what to prescribe yourself give them a few key words and you'll be in good hands!"

    7132 Hotel

"A magical escape at Hotel 7132 in the Swiss Alps, is what you need to relax during the winter time. In fact here the true luxury is time, time to relax and enjoy the view.
A temple of contemporary architecture, meticulously designed by Peter Zumthor and perfectly integrated in the surrounding landscape.
The main structure of the spa, made from local quantize stone, is incredibly beautiful and has something mystical. Probably the best thermal baths I've ever visited."
